POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an Accountant who will be responsible for reconciling and monitoring cash accounts on a daily basis via In House Cash.

Additional support will include account reconciliations, supporting the North American manufacturing sites and other ad hoc projects related to the North America General Accounting team.

This position will interact with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and other internal partners to resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner.

Build and maintain relationships with business partners at Corporate and the Manufacturing sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reconcile cash accounts daily for all North American entities
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Month end close supporting manufacturing sites
Record monthly journal entries for various accounting transactions in SAP
Provide balance confirmations and bank statements to auditors upon request
Monitor intercompany accounts for the balance sheet and income statement
Support regional process leader on ad hoc projects
Implement and maintain desk procedures as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting OR equivalent with a minimum of 2-4 years of
experience
Knowledge of month end closing process
Experienced in account reconciliations
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of In House Cash
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Microsoft Office (Excel)
SAP experience is highly desirable
Keen attention to the detail
