Accounting Manager, Multi-Family Real Estate

Horn Solutions has partnered with a $1B PE backed client in Dallas seeking IMMEDIATE hire of Accounting Manager for Corporate Accounting.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  CPA

  8+ yrs of solid corporate accounting skills (combo industry + public accounting firm) or 5+ yrs straight public accounting firm

  Public accounting background with audit experience

  MId-large company size preferred (~$500MM or higher)

  Advanced Excel skills

  Solid leadership / supervisory experience

  Strong communication skills

  Ability to articulate career motivation and upward career trajectory

  Solid organization and collaborative skills

  The ability to work independently and operate effectively in a cross-functional environment.

  Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage time in a deadline-driven environment.

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
