Administrative Assistant at Wonderful Private Equity Firm Our client, a leading private equity firm with offices around the country, seeks an exceptional Administrative Assistant to support a small team of Executives.

The ideal candidate will be bright, client-service oriented, and hungry to contribute in a meaningful way to the organization.

The salary is commensurate with experience in the $70-75k range 5k bonus fully paid benefits, 401k with 6% match, and 3 weeks vacation The role is currently remote, but will eventually be based in the Midtown NYC office in fall.

Roles and Responsibilities: Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including: Managing complex, ever-changing, and extremely active calendars and travel itineraries.

Completing expense reports.

Compiling documents for both client and staff-related meetings while exercising thoughtful judgement in a very fast-paced environment while handling confidential and time sensitive materials.

Maintaining entries in the Salesforce database.

Team player: Acts as back-up for other assistants in the office Handles special projects as required.

Qualifications: Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to calmly perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Proactive in problem-solving, decision making and professionally handle conflict resolution Ability and maturity to handle confidential matters with the appropriate decorum.

Actively seeks new opportunities and ways to be more value added.

Highly resourceful team-player.
