This is an accounting support position in a fast-paced centralized accounting services environment providing financial services to community associations throughout North America. Candidates for this position must meet Associa’s credit requirements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Duties include but are not limited to:Provide comprehensive bank related customer service to US Branch officesFacilitate client needs with partner banks (Opening/Closing/Maintaining HOA bank accounts)Work with departments across shared services center to ensure operational efficiency for various accounting functionsMonitor, log, and retrieve HOA bank statementsTransaction researchManage Bank Information in Complete Control for Communities (C3).Update signature cards as requested.Generate banking reports within Complete Control for Communities (C3).Other duties as assigned.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or GED Required1 – 3 years of banking experience preferredREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Detail-orientedGood written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience in customer serviceBasic understanding of accounting functionsProblem-solving and time management skillsDESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Complete Control for Communities (C3) software preferred but not requiredExperience operating within web-based ticketing service preferred but not requiredUnderstanding of or experience in the Community Association Management Industry preferred but not requiredExperience working in an Accounting Shared Services Center environment preferred but not required
