We are committed to providing best-in-class patient care, pioneering research and technology, and most importantly, rewarding and recognizing our employees Overview: As the Financial Analyst, you will assist the Director, FP&A in support of corporate and regional operations and will be responsible for owning and improving existing process as well as the creation of new ones.

You will assist in the refinement of our reporting and month-end packages, as well as variance analyses.

Additionally, the Financial Analyst will be pivotal in allowing AVP to better understand how key drivers impact our productivity metrics, product mix variances, OpEx spend, CapEx and overall profitability.

Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of the annual budget across a multi-unit environmentContribute to forecast efforts including the development of turn-key modelsSupport month-end close processes including variance and ad-hoc analyses and producing performance reports as part of the month-end package and provider level reportingProvide insightful analyses to business partners by producing and summarizing monthly P&Ls and KPIsProduce analyses and presentation materials for monthly Operations and Finance sync calls with our PE sponsor and quarterly BOD meetingsDrive continuous improvement by always looking for best practices and opportunities to automate effortsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional teams (Operations, IT, Accounting, Business Development, etc.)Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identifiedAll other projects or tasks as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of related FP&A experience with a proven track record of success in balancing immediate needs and strategic initiatives and goalsStrong aptitude for analytics, financial modeling, and reporting skills requiredExcellent written and oral communicationSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high pressure, and rapidly changing environmentProven ability to work with cross functional teams, dive deep into the details, and ask the right questionsStrong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPointWorking knowledge of SQL and data mining strongly preferredEnterprise systems experience a bonus: GP, Management Reporter, SSRS, NextGen, Adaptive PlanningHealthcare experience preferred, particularly on the payee sideMulti-unit experience preferred Benefits & Perks: Your health, happiness and your future matters At AVP, we offer everything medical and dental insurance, significant eye care discounts, child care assistance, pet insurance, continuing education funds, 401(k), paid holidays plus PTO, Sick Time, opportunity for growth, and much more
