Job Description
Property Buying Specialist
An exciting opportunity to become a part of the rapidly growing real estate investment office focused on investing in single family homes, land and other real estate investment properties. You will be part of the experienced real estate investment team and will be in charge of buying, selling and leasing single family residences and land (and other real estate investment properties) all over greater Houston, TX area. Commission paid in addition to your base salary for each purchase, sale or lease. This is a very dynamic inside sales position.
On-going training, use of advanced tools and systems, constant flow of opportunities and prospects and a product mix of quality single family homes and land will support your success.
Primary Responsibilities
-Follow up by phone, email and text with prospective * hot leads provided by the company * in order to schedule appointment to close a deal (motivated sellers that need to sell their real estate property, buyers of real estate properties and prospective tenants)
-Perform other office work related to your pipe line of real estate deals as necessary
Job Requirements:
Job Qualifications
-Phone sales experience required (at least 3 years required).
-Must have phone closing skills and ability to understand and implement phone closing techniques as well as consultative type of sales approach
-Ability to follow written manuals and implement and document systems
-Phone communication skills
-Organization and time management skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic internet applications
-Must have dependable vehicle
-Must have a smart phone with unlimited talk, text and data plan
-NO REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED
