We do right by our employees, our partners, and our customers.Duties and responsibilities:This role will report to the Enterprise PMO and will lead cross functional project teams supporting, but not limited to business development, marketing operations, servicing, back office, customer experience, and compliance functions.

Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.

Oversee all aspects of projects.

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.

Prepare reports for senior management regarding status of projects.

Develop project deployment and testing plans.

Conduct and report on lessons learned for project knowledgebase.

Gauge success of projects based on initial goals and objectives with ultimate outcomes.

Possible occasional travel.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform issue and risk management to minimize project impacts and risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needsMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersManage multiple projects and project teams simultaneouslyUse and continually develop leadership skillsYou’re perfect for this role if you have:Proven working experience in project managementExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeBachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceExperience in building/implementing analytic models, data center technology projects and/or Business Intelligence projects a plusMercury® Financial is an equal opportunity employer.
