All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.Responsibilities:NRP Investments, LLC is currently seeking a Groundskeeper at our BRAND NEW property in Austin, Lucent!POSITION SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, the Groundskeeper is responsible for performing grounds and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, as well as responding to related service requests.Essential Functions Statement(s):Maintenance ServicesPerform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services as assignedAssist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materialsPerform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standardsWalk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartmentsNotify Community Manager of any safety concerns and participate in safety meetingsResponsible for knowledge of property specific problems such as asbestosMaintain accurate record of all tasks completedPerform other duties as requiredCustomer ServiceCarry out all maintenance aspects of the community in the Maintenance Supervisor’s absence; including scheduling staff and vendors, ordering new supplies and working with Community Manager on other necessary improvementsComplete all service requests in accordance with company standardsAvailable for weekend work, on-call duties and after-hours emergency service requests, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week as scheduleQualifications:SKILLS & ABILITIESEducation: High school diploma or GED highly preferred; strong English verbal and written communication skillsExperience: Prior custodial, housekeeping or apartment experience preferredTechnical Skills: Computer proficiency preferredOther Requirements: None
