As a Market Administration Manager in our Retail Distribution Operations Division, you can be based in multiple locations throughout the PNC Footprint.Job DescriptionManages the staffing function to ensure adherence to recommended staffing levels and achievement of workforce optimization goals.

Collaborates to drive staffing optimization.Interprets, distributes reports and escalates identified issues, such as overtime, and enters into the time and attendance tool, adhereing to procedure.Serves as proxy for time and attendance, terminations, manager/employee directs, internal transfers, etc.

Approves job requisitions.

Collaborates for budget decisions on open requisitions and/or future staffing model.

Cascades staffing related information.

Observes and compiles branch staffing needs.

Certifications are often desired.
