If you answered “Yes” to these questions, we would love to talk to you Responsibilities Serve as an experienced and seasonal member of the tax team Develop and sustain strong client relationships Keep up to date on current tax procedures and changes in tax regulations/laws by actively participating in internal and external tax trainings Prepare and review high net worth individual income tax returns, including tax returns with hedge fund and private equity, Schedules K-1, PFICs, Section 1202 qualified small business stock, multi-state activities, and foreign disclosure forms such as FinCen 114, Forms 926, 8621, and 8938 Review Individual, Fiduciary, and gift tax returns Preparation of tax projections and assistance with quarterly or year-end tax planning Perform and guide other staff members in delivering multi-faceted assignments Review staff work and provide timely and specific feedback Prioritize to meet expectations in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Collaborate with managers and partners to determine client needs Train other team members Qualifications 3 years public accounting experience serving a tax role, preparing and reviewing all types of tax returns Excellent customer service skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to effectively delegate work as needed Able to work well in a team environment Ability to manage and prioritize multiple engagements Experience with ProFx is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Tax Benefits Additional Information Competitive Salary Generous PTO Flexible office location (Westborough, Waltham, Boston) Comprehensive benefits package Bonus plan CPE Leadership development opportunities All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
