Senior Financial System Analyst

Louis headquarters is looking for a Senior Financial Systems & Consolidations Analyst with strong accounting and analytical skills and the capability and desire to grow in the Corporate Finance organization.

The position is responsible for administering our accounting systems and processes.

This includes the submission and validation of financial data across various systems to ensure data is complete, consistent, and accurate.

Responsibilities: System administrator for general ledger systems (Chart of accounts maintenance, validate GL combinations, etc.) – systems include Oracle, Baan, Branch Accounting, InforXA; this includes maintaining ERP policies and procedures and ensuring consistency across all finance systems.

Maintain mapping and submissions from multiple general ledgers to Hyperion consolidation system; validation of data to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.

Participate in annual audit to provide data and reconciliations from our financial systems.

Maintain proper system documentation and controls on system changes, system functionality, procedures, and data validations in support of financial data integrity and annual financial audit.

Ensure compliance and alignment of intercompany reporting policies across business units; includes ensuring intercompany eliminates for total corporate financial results.

Alignment of reporting to parent company; Includes monthly data submissions of results to parent company systems and validation; Includes implementation of any reporting changes.

Various other projects and reporting/analytical requests from our financial systems.

This could include ERP enhancements, Blackline enhancements to streamline our monthly close process, and reporting and process improvements.

Partner with IT on system enhancements, new system implementations Skills/knowledge required: Bachelor’s Degree required Minimum 5-7 years of experience required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Proficient using v-lookups, pivots, and other advanced formulas in excel) Oracle, InforXA (or comparable ERP) and Hyperion experience a plus Effective communication skills and strong research and analytical skills Experienced and skilled at organizing, planning, and executing projects; ability to manage multiple projects Ability to generate new ideas and think independently Detail-oriented and deadline sensitive in a fast-paced environment Strong decision-making skills Compensation: $80,000
– $100,000 plus excellent corporate benefits
