The Coordinator also works closely with agreements and plays an important role in the management of affiliate benefits.

The Coordinator should be comfortable fielding inquiries from students, parents and university contacts via phone and/or email and should inspire confidence in ISA’s ability to professionally and comprehensively support the student throughout the process of studying abroad.

The Coordinator works with several departments within the organization and reports to ISA’s VP of Institutional Agreements & Financial Affairs.

Thisis a full-time position and there is no travel associated with this position.Responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to the following:Providing detailed financial aid, scholarship, payment plan, and insurance information to ISA program applicants, prospective applicants, parents, etc.Coordinating with the Enrollment Management team in contacting U.S.

universities and students regarding financial aid, billing agreements and payment plans.Communicating often with U.S.

university administration and faculty members and establishing contacts for coordinating financial aid processes and enrollment information.Processing financial aid and other detailed agreements.Actively seeking new information on new scholarship and grant opportunities for students.Coordinate and process scholarships.Consistently review and maintain all financial affairs-related information on the website.Organize and maintain relevant financial aid documents.Working with all other departments and ISA divisions on various projects related to financial affairs topics.Assisting ISA in general advising and other projects as necessary, such as:Assisting in answering phones and emails.Handling additional administrative duties and special projects, to be assigned, as needed.Available to be on-call for emergencies outside of regular business hours for one week per year.Required Skills:A passion for international educationStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to multitask effectively and efficientlyAbility to work independently and within a teamDedication to providing excellent customer serviceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailDiscipline to handle confidential and personal information with discretionRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceCustomer service experienceMinimum two years of professional experienceExperience living, studying, interning, volunteering or working abroadPreferred Qualifications:Fluency in a second languageTwo years or more of customer service experienceTwo years or more of higher education or international education experienceSix months or more of experience living, studying, interning, volunteering or working abroadIND123
