Austin Temp to Hire Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm Pay $24/hr.

Job Summary Prepares sales related reports and analysis; coordinates and communicates with other departments to expedite and facilitate sales order fulfillment; accepts routine sales orders by phone and performs other sales administrative duties.

Essential Functions Prepares a variety of sales-related reports and analyses to include sales calendars, correspondence, and routine reports for sales meetings and management as assigned.

Performs a broad variety of sales functions including receiving and processing of orders, evaluating customer credit applications and other new customer documents, communicating with customers on product availability, pricing, and setting shipment expectations, preparation of bids, quotations, and contracts.

Prepares formal sales contracts, bids, and quotation inquiries.

Monitors and distributes analysis reports sent to customers.

Updates prospects/customer information in SAP.

Coordinates and communicates with other departments to expedite and facilitate sales order fulfillment.

Analyzes and facilitates improvements in sales and related information and order processing systems.

Drafts copy and places advertisements in periodicals.

Maintains inventory of lime literature for distribution to engineers, customers, requests, and others.

Qualifications Minimum five years of experience as a Sr.

Administrative Assistant or equivalent position in a fast-paced business environment.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point and ability to develop and prepare reports.

Strong written communication skills including excellent grammar, spelling, and composition.

Advanced skills in database management and upkeep; SAP preferred.

Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external business contacts.

Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.

Working Conditions Works primarily in an office environment.

Works occasionally at the plant location exposed to dust and weather conditions, as needed.
