Administrative Assistant, Central Region, South Bend, IN

This is a Contract position in Huntsville, TX posted August 21, 2022.

POSITION SUMMARY Provides administrative support to management to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the Central Region.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for researching, locating, and scheduling/arranging several meetings at various locales throughout the region footprint: monthly sales meetings, monthly breakfast meetings with employees and the Regional President, quarterly region-wide sales meeting, annual CSR banquet, and other meetings such as BCM, Life Transition Specialist and other periodic meetings.

Serves as an extension to the Regional President and the Regional Sales Managers as well as a liaison to/from the Banking Center Managers.

Completes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of data for Region.

Ensures that assigned reports and / or projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner by compiling information and preparing it in final format.

Coordinates the efficient operations of the Region by maintaining confidential and general files, scheduling daily tasks, maintaining manuals, and performing necessary clerical duties relevant to the area.

Provides optimum support to Regional Management through ongoing communication to assess / reassess priorities in order to meet deadlines.

Performs follow-up on all administrative details relevant for Region efficiency.

Identifies and generates ideas (i.e., change in process, new ways to do things, be available to have ideas bounced off of, etc.).

Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.

Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS Partners First knowledge/experienced preferred.

Ability to follow up in timely fashion.

Accuracy of work.

Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.

Good organizational skills.

Able to earn and keep trust.

Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.

Able to prioritize workload and handle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication.

EDUCATION Bachelor’s preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.

Some early or late meetings as needed.
