The Administrative Assistant / Office Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the Wellesley office, support the operational needs of other office locations, and provide administrative support to the Leadership Team.

Job Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES Office Management Maintain general office upkeep (keeping supplies stocked, emptying dishwasher, etc.) Order and maintain office supplies Manage service vendors for all US offices Answer phones and greet visitors Sort incoming mail and ensure it gets to the correct recipient Problem-solve issues, as needed Administrative Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling calls and meetings Track expenses and submit expense reports for the CEO and CTO Assist in planning and execution of customer, corporate, and team meetings REQUIRED EXPERIENCE The position requires a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an administrative assistant and familiarity with the office management function.

EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS No degree is necessary for this position.

OTHER SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize work, have a strong attention to detail, and complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a must.

Familiarity with Google applications is desired, but not required.
