Overview:Our Administrative Assistant role is one that provides administrative support to a fast-paced, dynamic Recruiting team!The right candidate is one who understands their greatest value to this group is the ability to keep everyone organized and on track!

One of the more valued contributions of this particular role is the ability to work in MS Office suite or similar applications, to create detailed reports, presentations, and/or letters
– frequently and with a moment’s notice.

Well, here is just a short list of how you make the difference:Maintain recruiting calendar with recruiting events, meetings, interviews, career fairs and recruiting team calendarsManage candidate experience including coordinating travel, meeting rooms and office toursCreate, develop and edit various reports such as metrics and data analysis on recruiting activity, prepare detailed reports and documents for Executive level meetings and presentations.

(Advanced software skills are critical)Perform QA/QC on various written communications for proper grammar, spelling and accuracyReceive and maintain highly confidential informationTake on any task so the recruiting team can stay organized and focusedWhat is the more important part of this role?Be the positive influence to those you interact with daily within our Pape-Dawson Community and those we serveActively engage in our fun events and any community service project your schedule will allow

– you will, too!Qualifications:While there are many talents that can be effective, here is just some of the ones that more important:Bachelors degree in Business with a focus in Human Resources or business related field is preferred but certainly not requiredAt least 5 years’ experience supporting some very busy folks with highly important and detailed administrative tasksExceptional attention to detail
– criticalAbility to effectively manage and prioritize work schedule independentlyHighly organized and incredibly flexible with changing priorities
– this is so important to the recruiting teamAbility to take direction from various individualsDemonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook-another key qualification!Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

There are going to be times when extra time is needed (over time) to meet deadlines or be available during recruiting seasons
