This position is full
– time (40 hours / week) Monday
– Friday.

Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am
– 5:00pm CST).

Responsible for providing efficient and organized administrative support to the Customer Service Department to ensure operational objectives are achieved.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to leadership and staff Pull daily departmental Attendance line voicemail messages and update SharePoint with callouts Approve PTO requests in SharePoint according to Leadership guidance Schedule Meetings for Leadership and staff in Microsoft Outlook Work in database to update records as needed Update staffing Calendar in SharePoint

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED/HSED 1+ year administrative, customer service or applicable military experience Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and record keeping, other office procedures and terminologies Intermediate computer skills and with Microsoft Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, data entry and data sorting), Microsoft Outlook (calendar and email), and Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents) Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.

When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas.

In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

National Career Readiness Certificate Database experience
Telecommuting Requirements:
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written communication skills Ability to multi-task Must be able to work well independently

Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $15.00 to $22.02.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
