Additionally, Administrative Assistants may provide support to the broader location population, as well as members of the operations and administrative teams.Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus.Responsibilities:Assist with and provide support to assigned teams and locationSupport time and expense entryAssist with engagement management activities as needed, such as billings and new client acceptanceAssist with the production of client deliverablesAids in the management and logistics of calendars and travel arrangementsHelp draft, edit and proofread business correspondenceAssist with the coordination of internal and external clients including: screening phone calls, facilitating client communications to the appropriate client service staff, and following up with clients, when appropriateServe as point of contact for internal clients regarding general administrative processes, including quality control items, new client set up and record managementAssist with internal meeting and event coordination and set-upOther special projects as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma/GED requiredMinimum of 1 year of related experience required, preferably in an administrative role; experience in a professional services environment preferredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
