Construction Superintendent

About the Position: Hiring for a Director of Operations, responsible for the day to day operations and forward planning of commercial concrete construction. This is a leadership role, collaborating with executive management and maintaining responsibility of multiple business units. The right candidate for the job should have an extensive background in hands-on commercial concrete construction, rising through the the ranks as a Project Manager, Estimator, and/or Superintendent. The right candidate should have prior operations level experience and should be a proven and experienced manager of people and projects alike. This role is positioned for further growth within the company, therefore an entrepreneurial attitude and visionary thought process is critical to the hire. Requirements: Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred. 10 years of prior commercial concrete construction experience is required. Prior Operations and Management level experience is required.
