Forklift Operator

Job Description LSI Staffing has an immediate forklift position at our client in La Porte Must have a clean background and be able to pass a drug test. 5 Years SD Forklift experience in a warehouse fast paced environment. Forklift Operator General Duties and Responsibilities · Daily Forklift Inspection · Daily Forklift Production Log · Collect pick tickets from Clerk · Verify the pick ticket matches the customer order and any labels · Load unload trailers and containers · Verify that special loading instructions are followed · Inspect the trailer prior to loading · Inspect materials prior to loading · Complete any necessary repacks or re-classification · Assist with any other activities the Shipping Lead or Terminal Manger · Assist with packaging lines if needed Requirement · Able to speak, read, and write basic English · Able to lift 50 pounds · Able to operate a SD forklift 5 years’ experience · Able to work in a team · Safety-oriented · Attention to detail · Accuracy and efficiency · Work required scheduled Company Description LSI is a family owned and operated staffing agency with a focus on manufacturing, logistics, light industrial and clerical staffing.
