Scopes of work include but are not limited to Federal level heavy civil and marine construction specifically related to coastal restoration, rock dikes, bank stabilization, weirs, levee construction, levee repairs, underground utilities, pile driving, structural concrete, and building construction.Benefits:Health, Dental and Vision Insurance ProgramsLife and Disability Insurance401(k) PlanTwo Weeks Paid Vacation for Full Time, Salaried EmployeesPer diem while traveling per company policyJob Duties:Ensure a high level of internal and external customer serviceInvestigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to qualitySupervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrityDevelop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished productsFormulate, document, and maintain quality control standards and ongoing quality control objectivesCoordinate objectives with production proceduresCreate, document, and implement inspection criteria and proceduresPrepare daily reportsProvide, and oversee, inspection activity for product throughout the production cycleInteract with vendors to ensure the quality of all purchased partsCreate and direct environmental test functions and applicationsMaintain active role on internal continuous improvement teamsDesign, develop and implement quality control training programsGeneral Qualifications:Engineering degree or 5 years of relevant experienceBasic computer skillsExcellent written and spoken communication skillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret contract drawings and specificationsCurrent USACE CQM Certification preferredMust meet all essential physical requirements necessary to do this jobMust be able to obtain necessary clearance and/or approval to work at Pontchartrain Partners, LLC job sites as specified by applicable Government entitiesPontchartrain Partners, LLC is an equal employment opportunity employer.
