Call Center Agent (El Paso, TX)

This full-time role, currently operating in aremote setting, but you must live in the el paso area and be willing to work on-site at our brand-new office that is opening in June! INTERESTED?   • Actively listen to customers to understand concerns
  • Provide information about their current plans & products
  • Identify & position new solutions that align with their needs
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy


  • High speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
  • Must be willing to work on-site at our new office in El Paso starting in June
  • A USB wired headset with noise canceling microphone
  • 18+ years & high school diploma/GED
  • At Least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional positive attitude & courteous telephone etiquette
  • Full-time schedule with open availability (evenings/weekends required)


  • $11- $12/Hour (based on call type) + Monthly Performance Bonus & Sales Incentives
  • Most Team Members Earn $14-$15 and Top Performers Earn $16-$17/hour
  • Access up to 50% of your pay immediately after your shift
