Here’s what you’ll be doing:Manages all aspects of Internet (business development center) including hiring, training, process development, KPI reporting and execution of project planDevelops and manages key deliverables to include both inbound and outbound sales callsEstablishes and attains goals developed by management of providing the customer with excellent service and responsive follow up aimed at increasing sales resultsMentors team to improve customer service levels and daily KPI performanceManipulates and analyzes data to determine improvementsMonitors and reports all internet/department trends and anticipates future concernsReviews recommendations from team and evaluates suggested process improvementsRecruits, trains, and manages staffLeverages technology, including the CRM platform, as well as telecommunications hardware and softwareEnsures quality customer contacts through call guide development, sales training, and the monitoring of sales representativesDefines, refines, and institutionalizes best practices and processes for the team Here’s what you’ll need:1 or more years of experience managing or leading a BDC team3 or more years of experience working in a dealership business development center, call center, or sales experienceProficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems, and ability to type 40 + wpmMust be able to provide references upon requestMust be energetic, enthusiastic and team orientedStrong customer service skills: problem solving and communication (written and verbal)Strong record of positive customer satisfactionHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S We are an Equal Opportunity Employer(( We Hear You ))
