Must be able to commute to office when WFH is lifted.)Duration: 12 months, with potential for extensionSummary:Candidate will support Microwave Services and will be a part of the Frequency Protection Service Department.

Candidate will be contact customers on a monthly cadence to check if they want to renew services which will be updated on internal database and software tools.Nice to Have/Key skillsets:* SAP experience will be highly preferred, but team will be willing to train.* Proficient in Microsoft office.* Telecommunication Industry experience.* Must be highly organized and detailed oriented.* Must be able to handle and process about 80
– 400 orders per month, depending business need.Responsibilities:* Responsible for proactively working with the customers and field sales account managers to support pre-sales activities, including full lifecycle customer support.* Responsible for working across the business units.* Maintains liaison relationship between assigned customer(s) and internal contacts.* Provides proactive support ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.* Encourages customers to participate in the business satisfaction surveys, monitors ongoing quality concerns and encourages pro-active feedback from customers to prevent unnecessary customer escalations.Education/Experience:* High school diploma or GED required.* 8-10 years customer service related experience required.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group is required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
