POSITION SUMMARY: You will be the chief advocate for our customers through our administration, accounts and service delivery functions.

We all know businesses need processes and procedures to function, but sometimes we can lose sight of great service outcomes as a result.

Your measure of success will be happy customers, sensible outcomes, good reviews and high retention.
