Customer Service Rep – Morning or Evening!

Express Employment Professionals - San Antonio

This is a Full-time position in San Antonio, TX posted July 30, 2021.

Our client, a manufacturer and distributor of healthcare equipment in Northeast San Antonio, is looking for a Customer Support Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Morning shift: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm OR Evening shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm

Duties for the Customer Support Associate includes:

  • Providing professional and prompt answer of incoming customer inquiries within a call center
  • Taking the initiative to serve customers both proactively and re-actively
  • Efficiently providing customers with general product information, appropriate lead times, product availability, ship dates, freight rates, tracking shipments and providing proof of deliveries
  • Verifying all orders for accuracy before & during order entry
  • Sending Customer Order Acknowledgements to customers within one day of order entry

Requirements for the Customer Support Associate include:

  • Associate’s degree preferred. HS diploma and some college work acceptable
  • Two years of heavy phone customer service experience
  • Proficient in a windows environment to include Word Excel and Database Entries
  • Excellent phone voice, strong verbal and written skills, Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly to the benefit of customer and company

This center operates 24/7 and 365 days a year. Available schedules for the Customer Support Associate position may vary. Client is willing to be flexible to some degree.
