Duties & Responsibilities:Answer Inbound contacts from Fitness Connection members and guests regarding billing/collections, customer service, general inquiries and cancellation issuesMake Outbound calls as needed in response to member inquiries and member status.Billing / collectionsUpdate billing and account informationCollect past due balances while maintaining a positive professional and multitasking attitudeCancellation requestsAttempting to SAVE memberResponsible for processing cancellations/freezes on a timely mannerCustomer Service and General InquiriesSolve issues in accordance with policies and retaining the member while being fair to all membersProvide general information about Fitness Connection and all its facilitiesDeliver the highest level of customer service to all callersResolve customer inquiries/concerns quickly and efficiently while upholding Fitness Connection policies and proceduresAssist the call center to meet/exceed team performance benchmarksMeet/exceed individual performance benchmarksMaximize phone availability to ensure that clients experience minimal hold times in queueLog all calls appropriately with details regarding member interactionsAssist with software Reporting as needed.Must be able to work in a quite environment. Other duties as assignedQualificationsPhysical Demands:Position duties require sitting for long periods of time, daily walking, lifting, bending, squatting and reaching.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Must be able to work in a QUITE work environment Qualifications:1 to 3 years of customer service experience and collections experience.Basic office skills, telephone, and computer knowledge (Excel and Word a plus)Strong customer service skillsPossess strong motivational, communication, team building and training skills.Must be self-motivated and have strong organizational & management skills.Must have a complete understanding of Front Desk, Sales and Kid’s Club policies and procedures and software.Excellent verbal and written communication.Must have the ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact, and professionalism.Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic.Exhibit willingness to work flexible hours.Ability to complete multiple tasksOther duties as assignedTechnical Requirements for Remote Call Center Agents:Uninterrupted access to a Windows-based Personal Computer (desktop or laptop) in a quiet/private area (please note that Chromebooks and Apple Computers are not supported).Personal Computer meeting the following minimum specifications:Minimum 1.5 GHz processorMinimum 8 GB RAMMinimum 10 GB available hard drive spaceMicrosoft Windows 10 operating system (please note that Windows 10 Home in S mode, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows XP are not compatible)Windows 10 version must be current: Version 1909 Windows 10 Security features must be enabled and activeHome broadband internet connection speed of at least 15 Mbps up & downA passing connectivity test for VOIP capabilitiesA wired USB headset / microphone
