Summary The Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using knowledge of company products and processes as well as communicating effectively with team members and clients. Job Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities The CSR I is responsible for the following primary duties: Partners with the sales team and other departments to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations Complete file maintenance on client accounts related to invalid email addresses, invalid passwords, unsubscribe requests, etc. Review and update internal orders needing minimal changes/updates Manage and maintain client database related to duplicate records and rep assignments.
