Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative I is responsible for the handling of daily customer service operations of the Laredo Call Center. The position interacts with a high volume of customers providing information in response to inquiries about IBC products and services.

  • Serves incoming calls utilizing bank resources and training requirements to execute successful resolution on all issues relating to the customer’s relationship with the bank.
  • Process accounts maintenance to protect bank and ensure integrity of core.
  • Facilitates the transfer of funds.
