Front Desk ReceptionistWe are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, or weekends so flexibility is essential. It is a part time position with 36 hours/week. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Covid vaccine or willingness to get vaccine required.Other Duties include:1. Screening employees and visitors who enter the building2. Conduct Criminal history check and misconduct Registry Checks3. Organizing and assisting with family visitations4. CNA, CMA, and Nurse certificate verification5. Giving applications to new hires and preforming all required pre-checks6.
