Job Summary for Customer Service SpecialistThe Customer Service Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with orders and ensuring 5-star customer service by delivering the “Ulrich Experience”. Additionally, the Customer Service Specialist will follow the workflow process and maintain the order status in the CRM database. The position will act as liaison between the Sales and Operations Department to ensure that each customer’s order is handled efficiently.Job Duties for Customer Service Specialist Contact customers the day order is received to confirm all details of the order and introduce themselves as a point of contact through delivery. Provide feedback to team members regarding customer experience or service call failures. Present resolutions on order discrepancies or complaints to customers for final approval. Communicate directly with the customer thru phone calls, emails, and text messages on the status of their delivery. Follow the shed and garage customer experience work flow process Maintain the shed and garage CRM database on the status of each order Ensure 5-star customer service by delivering the “Ulrich Experience” by interacting with team members and management as necessary. Ensure that systems are in place and are utilized to capture and report on service metrics, including customer feedback and trends in product or service issues.Qualifications & Knowledge for Customer Service Specialist Basic computer knowledge and databases; proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Email, etc. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively with both customers and team members. Ability to convey a positive and professional image to customers and employees. Excellent attention to detail with ability to be proactive and operate with a sense of urgency. Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced work environment. Very organized and proficient in prioritizing work tasks with ease. Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment.
