Customer Support Representative Description

Our client in the cellular technology industry is looking for a reliable Customer Support Representative to add to their growing team in Carrollton, TX.

In this role, you will provide excellent customer support to end-users over the phone and through email.

The ideal candidate has a track record of success resolving customer issues and has experience working in a call center environment.

To be successful in this role, you must be a dedicated, friendly, and detail-oriented professional that enjoys technology and problem-solving.

Customer Support Representative Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from property managers and end-users
Address customer questions and handle basic troubleshooting
Follow up on emailed customer inquiries
Create new customer accounts and profiles
Help users adjust app settings to match their preferences
Remotely activate customer equipment and devices
Provide end-user assistance for the app or portal to properly control equipment
Assist customers with log-in information and settings
Escalate issues as needed
Customer Support Representative Qualifications
3+ years of customer support experience required
Experience working in a call center required
Stable work history required
Excellent communication skills required
Ability to talk on the phone and type a minimum of 36 words per minute required
Experience working with Salesforce CRM preferred
Experience providing support for technology products a plus
