We are looking for Customer Support Representative that can answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, assess the customers need, then route them to the appropriate department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Familiarity with call center applications and work flows Experience working in a high volume high energy call center Strong analytical and problem solving skills Bright and energetic personality Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure
Competencies
1+ Years managing multiple lines of inbound calls simultaneously 2+ years of Help Desk experience, level 1 troubleshooting experience and any additional certifications (A+, N+, MCP, etc.) Experience working with CRM or Ticketing systems highly preferred Feel the need to create a fantastic customer experience Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
