These roles will being working onsite in Phoenix, the Eastern Suburbs of Dallas, and the Eastern Suburbs of Atlanta. These are- potentially contract to hire opportunities with a publicly traded construction company, which has offices and operations throughout the United States and Canada. Successful candidates will have not only the technical skills that are required, but also the demeanor to provide white glove service, and the sense of urgency diplomacy needed when interacting with people who are undergoing systemic technical upheaval. Required skills background 5 years of desktop desk side support Expertise with Microsoft Office 365 + Microsoft Teams PC skills with Client, Microsoft and Dell hardware Expertise with troubleshooting iPhones and iPad Imaging for hardware Peripheral support (routers, printers, auxiliary cameras, etc.) Experience supporting trouble shooting phone systems (they use Ring Central) Experience troubleshooting supporting Zoom video conferencing Basics of cablingwiring for communications eqpt and an understanding of cabling schematics Ability to pick up Help Desk calls during down time, or help with special projects
