The physicians at Low T Center also manage the chronic diseases that are often associated with or resulting from these conditions including Hypertension, High Cholesterol and Diabetes.

Currently, we have 47 Low T Centers in 11 states and are committed to continuing growth throughout the country!Location: Southlake, TexasSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PMHourly Range: $13.00 $17.50 depending on relevant call center experience.Responsibilities::Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:Take in-bound calls following a suggested script to obtain complete information from the patient to facilitate the prompt and accurate setting of appointments.Make out-bound calls for various new patient and existing patient call campaigns.Achieve goals for scheduling appointments and winning back lost patients.Communicate accurate information to all patients and internal customers in a professional, caring manner.Protect patient information as confidential according to compliance standards as provided by HIPAA laws.Respond to e-mails or faxes within departmentally defined response standards.Qualifications::Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:High School diploma.1-3 years prior Customer Service / Sales experience in a call center.Proven success meeting and achieving sales goals and objectives in both in-bound and out-bound calling model with specific call objectives.Excellent phone skills, clear communicator, pleasant voice tone.Effective problem-solving skills.Strong work ethic, timeliness, punctuality and ability to multi-task.
