Remote Customer Service Representative/Collections Specialist *Must be Bilingual English/Spanish*

THE ROLE:

In this role, you will provide outbound and inbound service, both in customer care and our Collections with Care program for residential customers in the United States.

This campaign runs Monday to Friday you would be required to work an 8.5-hour shift between the times of 7:30am MT 6:00pm MT.

We will provide training and ongoing coaching for our staff.

Currently, you can make up to $16.00 an hour with additional incentives.

We require our candidates to speak both English and Spanish fluently.

Responsibilities:
Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts Receive and post payment to customer’s account Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts Initiate repossession proceedings or disconnect service Keep records and status of customer’s account Resolve customer issues, complaints and queries using a demonstrated proactive approach Provide clear options to residents, empathetically working together to find the best resolution for both them and the business

Qualifications:
Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Bonus would be to have experience working in energy/utility business or common knowledge of how they operate Comfortable with negotiating Able to stay calm and lead a conversation Computer proficiency, able to comfortably navigate multiple systems (including telephony, online video meeting rooms and a chat platform, used to ask for and receive internal support) 1-2 years customer service (call centre) preferred

ContactPoint 360 utilizes a Bring Your Own Computer (BYOC) model.

A USB noise cancelling headset will also be required.

For Windows Systems:

RAM Required 4 GB for Windows 10 Processor Speed Dual Core 2 GHZ or better Free Space 20 GB 3 available USB ports

Internet Minimum Specifications:

Internet speed download speed 5 MB; upload speed 3 MB ISP must be highly stable with no packet loss and latency over 100ms DSL or Broadband Required WiFi, WiMax, Satellite, dial-up, and/or Hotspots are NOT allowed Home Router with wired link to PC

In the event of technological issues, we also require all employees have a landline or mobile phone that they can utilize for communication and troubleshooting purposes.
