Responsibilities:I’m looking for strong, passionate and highly self-motivated inside sales representatives.

These sales reps will be taking inbound calls from prospects that WANT service.

In addition to the inbound calls you will be making outbound calls to prospects that requested information, have had our service before or brand new customer procurement.

We are conducting interviews within the new few week.This is our regional call center and we’re located in Elgin.(Our office is on the corner of I90 and route 31)What we offer:The full time position comes with a base pay PLUS commission and FULL benefits.

· Adoption AssistanceRequirements:SkillsThe right person must have good interpersonal skills to understand customers’ inquiries or complaints.

The right person must be able to learn quickly so they can acquire the product knowledge to answer customers’ questions accurately.

The right person must also have good knowledge of telephone and computer systems.Call HandlingHandling incoming telephone calls is the main responsibility for call center agents.

When customers call, agents bring up customer details on computer screen so they can refer to sales or service records and identify any previous issues that might affect the response.

After the call, agents update customer records with details of the inquiry and the response.Call ResolutionAgents aim to resolve customers’ inquiries on the first call.

They may take a customer’s order, provide a quotation or arrange a service call.

If they cannot deal with the issue immediately, they arrange to call the customer back when they have more information.

Agents must ensure that customers receive a satisfactory response.

Although they aim to deal with calls quickly and efficiently, agents should not put time saving before quality of service.Outbound CallsCall center agents may make outbound calls during quiet periods.

They may make courtesy calls to check customers’ details or ask if they were satisfied with the service they received.

To increase sales, they may call customers who have recently purchased a product to offer them information on other products of interest.QualificationsEmployees in customer service jobs, such as call center agents, generally require a minimum of a high school diploma, according to the U.S.

Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Previous experience in a customer service position may be valuable.

Employees must be willing to work at the times required by call center managers, and some positions include evenings, weekends and public holidays.Pay: $21.00 per hour
