Join our Benefits call center team About the Senior Benefits Call Center Representative role: The main responsibility of this role will be communicating with carriers and HR personnel to resolve issues.

This role will also assist with call volume, escalated calls, and mentoring fellow team members and trainees.

You will work closely with team leaders to ensure that the team is covered, and needs are met.

Our call center associates are members of a supportive team.

Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients.

To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous call center experience (2-3 years)Benefits (Healthcare) experiencePrevious HR benefits experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWilling to assist with trainingFlexibility to adapt to changeStrong organization skillsGreat problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively multi-taskHigh school diploma/GED ResponsibilitiesResponds to client-specific inquiries, including telephone and web correspondence.Completes transactions related to customer inquiries with limited supervision.Completes callbacks in a timely manner and escalates as appropriate.Identifies solutions to call trends, establishes appropriate agent training needs, and delivers the training.Assists junior employees by answering questions or taking escalated calls with guidance.
