Job Summary:The Coordinator will be responsible for functions related to Program Manager relationship management, audit services and program analytics.

The Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a close working relationship with Program Manager to maintain compliant, operational transparency between the client and SNC Client Services.

Essential Functions: * Develop and maintain professional relationships with Program Managers and Program TPAs, Vendors and reinsurers.* Develop and maintain professional relationships with operational staff of SNC.* Maintain Operational , Claims, and Underwriting Audit Schedule.* Track and monitor the resolution of outstanding items for individual Program Manager resulting from Operational, Underwriting and Claims examination findings.* Support and maintain Client Services budget process.* Review third party auditor vendor invoices/expense reports.* Review and distribute published examination reports performed on the Program Managers.* Review all agreements and amendments for audit related requirements.* Publish monitoring reports to provide performance metrics related to audits.* Research property and casualty statutory regulations as needed.* Participate in Special Projects as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities: * Support due diligence process, as needed.* Develop and maintain modeling tools, as required by management.* Develop an understanding of agency and reinsurance contracts.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.* Ability to work with limited supervision.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Must be self-motivated and take initiative.* Knowledge of property and casualty statutory compliance regulations preferred.* Knowledge of Program Manager operations preferred.* Knowledge of audit procedure and processes preferred.

Education/Experience: * Associate’s degree or equivalent company experience (minimum 2 years) required, BBA preferred.* Previous auditing experience helpful.
