Job Description Epsilon is seeking an Associate UI Designer with enthusiasm for growth and tackling multiple complex projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The right candidate for this role will have knowledge of emerging UI/web design patterns, user-centric thinking, web development standards and best practices, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities The following outlines the principal work & responsibilities of the job and is not intended to be an exhaustive list.

Collaborate with project team members to define, refine, and improve site experiences Plan and map user experience and campaign flows Conceptualize & design webpage layouts Create wireframes Create interactive prototypes to define site experiences and/or improvements Design and build website interfaces, navigation, and aesthetics of websites Work with Brand Creative Teams on the application of the branding style guide to web content Consult with project teams and colleagues to ensure designs are understood, implemented, and produced appropriately Work under Front-end Developer guidance to assist in the implementation of user interface features and functions Participate in usability testing to gain insights on current site usability and gather feedback on prototypes This Role Requires Someone Who Has Portfolio of UI design projects that display good information architecture, usability, and interaction design principles Proficiency with current web design tools (e.g., Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD, et al.) Technical ability and experience with HTML, CSS, and JS frameworks (e.g.; Bulma) Proficiency with developer toolsets such as Visual Studio, Microsoft Azure and Team Foundation Server Understanding of Accessible Web Design practices and standards (as guided by WAI-ARIA) and ability to apply them in practice Familiarity with SEO principles and their impact on information architecture Excellent English language skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-obsession and ability to multi-task with good time management skills Infinite patience and experience responding well to design requests Can-do attitude, self-motivated and team player BS or MS in Human Computer Interaction, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
