Simulation Solution Architect

Simulation Solution Architect Advantexe Learning Solutions is an award-winning talent development firm that specializes in digital business and leadership simulations and other innovative and interactive learning solutions for our clients worldwide.

Our simulations are used in the deployment of client learning engagements in the areas of business acumen, business leadership, and strategic business selling.

The Advantexe Solution Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and delivery of multiple complex simulation-centric learning experience solutions.

The Solution Architect is part of cross-functional team that will work closely with the sales team, simulation modeling team, technical development resources, client’s team of subject matter experts, program managers, and other key personnel to ensure flawless creation and delivery of each solution.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital simulations, simulation modeling, business acumen, creation of user experiences and interactions, and delivery of virtual training programs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design new, customized digital simulations in the areas of business acumen, business leadership, and strategic business selling.

• Participate and lead simulation wireframing activities.

• Lead Subject Matter Expert calls
• Assist in the development of simulation models or be able to develop models.

• Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations.

• Work closely with development team to develop the simulation.

• Support pursuit of new business opportunities and prepare strategies for up-selling and cross-selling existing clients.

Process Expectations
• Track project and client information.

• Prepare project timelines and determine deliverables.

• Support client training deliveries and facilitate simulation workshops.

• Provide reporting of project hours and administrative tasks.

• Achieve minimum of 2,000 productive hours per year.

Desired Skills & Experience
• Master’s Degree in Business or undergraduate degree with 5 years of business and finance experience.

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Systems Dynamic Thinking
• Working knowledge and understanding of the systems of business in multiple industries including life sciences, professional services, high tech, retail, consumer packaging, supply chain
• 2-3 years’ experience developing simulations or interactive learning
• Consulting or Training industry experience a significant plus
• Strong understanding of Training industry software (simulations, eLearning, LMS, interactive games) a huge plus
• 3-5 years project coordination or management experience
• High level customer service skills, emphasizing responsiveness and creative problem-solving.

• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and time management skills, with ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment without supervision.

• Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

• Travel 20-30 days a year.
