We’re building AI-driven user experiences that embed “information retrieval” into daily workflows.We’re seeking a Solutions Architect who can represent the company and its technology vision in a highly competitive space to make everyone a genius at their job.ResponsibilitiesProvide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation.Translate product/technical features into value drivers for customers.Be the technical support for account executives as they drive the adoption of Forethought solutions within strategic accounts, rapidly growing usage across departments within the enterprise.

Have a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape of competing and complementary technologies, their vendors.

You will be expected to be a contributor to the associated sales collateral on this topic.

Help build a highly effective process that will be used for years to come.

Actively engage with 10-20 high-value deals at any given time.Train and coach Account Executives on building and running demos.Technical RequirementsStrong scripting proficiency in one or more of the following: Python (preferred), Javascript, Node.Js, C#, Java, or other scripting language.

Ability to learn Python quickly.

Database / data management & analytics experience.

Experienced in one or more of the following: SQL, MongoDB, PyMongo, Pandas (Python).Basic knowledge of a terminal (NOT HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL).

Familiar with REST APIs to consume data from external sources.Strongly preferred: Understanding of AI and high-level concepts of MachineLearning, RPA (Robotic Process Automation)Non-Technical Requirements2+ years of B2B SaaS experience working directly with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.

High energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.Strong leadership and ability to lead, encouraging both individual and team accomplishments.Strong experience responding to six-figure RFPs.Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.

Strongly preferred: Knowledge of customer support industry.
