Process Improvement Engineer (Government) with Security Clearance

AT&T is a prime contractor on the SITE III IDIQ program for the Department of Defense. AT&T won the SITE III IDIQ in 2021 and anticipates award of a large enterprise IT WAN Task Order in 1st quarter FY 2023. For the Chief Information Office (CIO), the Task Order provides IT managed services for a Government TS/SCI network modernization program focused on specific technologies and hardware needed to operate the wide area network, or highway, that enables TS/SCI communications. AT&T has an opening for a Process Improvement Engineer to support the program engineering team in identifying process flaws and working to remediate. Duties/Responsibilities: * Develops and writes material for policies, procedures, and work instructions related to operational and system processes. * Guides project team and stakeholders to stay in agreement on project scope. * Define business needs; identify gaps in current capabilities that stop those needs from being met. * Analyzes requirements for projects to determine types of technical documentation needed. * Collaborates with Business Owners and Engineers to gain understanding of processes through information gathering and interviews. * Supports selecting an approach to managing issues, risks and requirements; deciding how to monitor and report on process improvements. * Works with stakeholders to help them understand their requirements within the scope of a project. Required Clearance: TS/SCI with poly (#ts/sci) (#polygraph) Required Qualifications: * Candidate must have a total of 12 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 12 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 10 years, a Bachelors’ and 8 years, a master’s and 6 years or a PhD and 2 years of relevant work history. * Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, including ability to establish positive and productive working relationships across the program and customer stakeholders * Experience writing policies and procedures according to set standards, style, and format Ready to join our team?
