Empathetic.nn nnWere seeking a passionate Clinical Director BCBA to join our team and be the leader overseeing all center-based child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, training, treatment recommendations and consultations to ensure excellent clinical standards are being maintained.

You will maximize client progress to help develop and maintain treatment plans through data collection, graphing charts and make any necessary changes to ensure best practices are being administered.

You will also submit information for administrative components such as billing reports, clinical reports, etc.

As a BCBAs you will have the ability to focus on your supervision, conduct parent meetings/trainings, implement training and supervision to staff and will be required to maintain a monthly billable hour expectation.nn nnOur treatment centers have a sound infrastructure which provides appropriate support and endless amounts of resources for you to be successful.

A lead RBT will help support with intake, assessments, client programming and will provide initial and ongoing training to the therapist and RBTs.

Additionally, you will work closely with the Center Administrator (CA) who will handle all day-to-day operations including the staffing and hiring of therapists.

The CA will also schedule Therapists and RBTs one month in advance, while also helping assign RBTs to clients and adjusting the schedules on daily changes.nn nnWhat we are looking for!nn nnAt least 2 years of BCBA experience, is preferrednn nnBCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelinesnn nnLicensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable (TX and OK required)nn nnMasters degree in Behavior Analysis or related fieldnn nnExperience working with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilitiesnn nnPassionate about clinical quality and client progress to drive decision making and best practicesnn nnABA advocate to ensure parent meetings/trainings are conducted, while also promoting services nn nnExceptional skillset with leadership, time management and observationnn nnStrong analytical thinker who is data-driven and client-centerednn nnExcellent writing and communication skills, be highly organized with ability to multi-task nn nnEffective Collaborator and team-plater, who is empathetic and culturally competentnn nnProtect clients rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulationsnn nnWhy Choose Behavioral Innovations?nn nnWe pride ourselves on our quality services and received feedback from 97% of our parents stating they were satisfied with their child’s overall experience.
