POSITION SUMMARY Conduct on-site clinical training for Client?s customers to educate Physicians and Staff on Clients’ device pieces.

Duties and Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site clinical training for Clients’ customers to educate Physicians and staff on Clients’ devices.* Provide customer, sales representative, distributor, and clinical trainer support via phone and email* Assist in the development of training materials for all aspects of Clients’ training needs including end-users, Clients’ clinical trainers, sales representatives, and distributors.* Assist in the delivery of the train the trainer program including development of training materials, conducting and presenting at training seminars.* Support international clinical efforts by presenting at clinical forums, train the trainer events, distributor meetings, and visiting customer sites.* Attend domestic sales meeting to answer clinical questions* Investigate safety-related complaints per FDA guidelines when necessary.* 80% travel that consists of 90% domestic and 10% international* Maintain compliance with FDA, GMP/QSR, Manufacturing process/Work Instructions, and ISO 13485.

Position Requirements: RN or LVN or equivalent required with minimum 5-plus years of experience as a professional nurse in a clinical and/or acute care setting.

Experience working in a dermatology office is a strong plus.

Experience with the use of lasers for dermatologic applications required.

Experience as a head nurse or study coordinator or experience training other staff on similar medical devices is highly preferred.

Ability to assist in the development of training materials required Understanding the treatment, application, and equipment of the client’s products is required.
