Position Summary:The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the IT infrastructure project lifecycle.

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of project-level scope, financials, bottom-up work plans, issues and risks and coordination of organizational change management.

The role demands proficiency in communication as well as organizational and time management skill sets.Duties and Responsibilities:Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria and metricsPrepares and manages project schedules (time, cost and resources, to include hardware and capitalization)Elicits, analyzes, specifies and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end-usersManages change and stakeholders – understanding the impact, involved and invested stakeholdersConducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios and other methodsProvides value to time/cost ratio – technical debtManages project risks and issues and prepares mitigation and action plansManages Procurement for vendor purchases and the financial impact to projectsManages project stakeholder expectations with scope, schedule and budget constraintsPerforms other duties as assignedKnowledge and Skills:Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookFamiliar with various IT and PM tools – JIRA, RTC, etc.Excellent knowledge of project cost management, including preparing cost estimates to determine project budgets, projecting Estimates to Complete (ETC), Estimates at Completion (EAC) and managing to total project budget as well as in-year allocated budgetVery strong in task and time management, delegation and accountability for oneself and project team membersExperience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile/ScrumStrong communication, facilitation and presentation skills across technical and senior operational management audiencesHighly adept at building relationships and navigating the corporate environment across the business and IT teamsResourceful, quick learner, able to perform self-studyProven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentSix Sigma, Lean or other process improvement disciplinesEcommerce Site re-platforming, developmentFamiliarity with an outsourced/offshore modelFamiliarity with Cloud technology projects (Azure, AWS)Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field7 10 years leading IT or IT infrastructure projects with 5 years in Healthcare, Pharmacy Vertical preferredPMP Certification or Agile CertificationFull range of PM skills and ability to communicate each of these aspectsStakeholder ManagementBudget ManagementRisk ManagementUnderstands all aspects of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Understands all aspects of IT infrastructure and hardware installation and development regarding contact center infrastructureBenefits:Health/Dental/VisionFlexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA)401(k) with company matching, no vesting periodPaid holidays (8 days)Paid Vacation (10 days)
