One of Medix’s top clients is one of the largest and accredited healthcare systems across the country.

They are looking to add support out of their Corporate location in Dallas.

This individual will have remote flexibility.

The Digital Transformation team is evolving with upcoming projects, initiatives, and plans to expand the healthcare system to drive patient populations and satisfactions.

Responsibilities:
Report into VP of Digital Health and other c-level executives Assess a businesss’ strategic reposition in the digital economy As a key leader of the Digital Health pillar, this role will be instrumental to achieving our patient focused goals, creation of new innovative products, and increased digital revenue through efficient agile processes and data driven decisions Provide business and technical leadership for major, high-complexity programs within the Digital Health/Business Transformation Office Program Management plays a critical leadership role in developing innovative digital products as well as driving end to end business process improvement and identifying and analyzing significant opportunities for increasing profitability Assist in helping to drive increased efficiency, and profitability while delivering improvement to operating margin and growth metrics Own digital technology, product, and commercial transformation programs, tracking, and reporting performance across in-flight programs and managing necessary analytic activity on potential programs Familiarity with digital product development including generating customer journeys, personas, human design, and customer education Lead cross functional and technical teams in all aspects of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure for digital transformation programs Establish, track and communicate project risks Manage stakeholder expectations regarding deliverables during program execution.

Innovate, change, operate business models Focus on consumer analytics to help drive and build up consumer satisfaction Act as POC for major initiatives in the health system and drive the strategy of the enterprise system Prepare presentations, status reports, slide decks to present to leadership Manage 10+ Agile teams, teammates, and their project and daily responsibilities

Requirements to apply:
Minimum of 10 years of experience working within healthcare settings, understanding literacy, practices, and behaviors of individuals Previous experience in transformation consulting leadership roles Strong Project Management experience in an enterprise level environment Certifications (Bonus) Ability to work onsite in Dallas (Bonus) Strong confidence and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects at once Agile methodologies practices
