InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in our busy Farmer’s Branch learning center!

We are actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide high quality, outcome-driven therapy.

We have immediate openings as well as future needs!

Our SLPs provide exceptional evaluations, treatment plans, and treatment.

Here is how they do that:Work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary team (ABA and OT) to provide clinically appropriate evaluations, comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, and Speech and Language therapy treatment to children within our center(s).Speech and Language Therapy services include language development, pragmatic/social language skills, articulation, phonology, feeding/swallowing, reading, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).Provide comprehensive and individualized services to children and their caregivers with the utmost clinical integrity.Remain up to date with the most recent advancements for Speech and Language treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and implement in therapy.Review children’s medical history and evaluate condition and need as clinically appropriate.Record timely and accurate notes on child’s progress for evaluations, billing, and medical records while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.Follow ethical and client care standards and conduct as outlined by InBloom and the National Board for Certification in Speech and Language Therapy.Provide training and consultation to parents for carry over across environments, develop individualized home or community programs/recommendations when needed.

Here is how we support them:Ongoing career-focused trainingBehavior reduction strategy and ABA principle training for those without experienceQuick career advancement for those who are dedicated and work hardWeekly PayHealth, Vision, Dental insurance with low monthly premiums401k with Company MatchCompetitive CompensationPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysMental health support This is what we need:Master’s Degree (or Doctorate) in Speech-Language PathologyUnrestricted state license in state where services are being performance.Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.Two (2) years of experience with providing diagnostic assessments and/or therapy services to pediatric patients preferred.Experience collaborating with other disciplines and willingness to continually coordinator care with all other disciplines for each child on caseload.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder preferred.Medicaid credentialed provider strongly preferred.A positive and kind attitude at all times.
