This is a Contract position in Dallas, TX posted August 16, 2021.

First Professional Services (Formerly Headway-VA Workforce Solutions), in partnership with a committed, healthcare company, is proactively seeking Licensed Healthcare Customer Service Representatives.

Position will begin the first August and last through January 31, 2022.

This position is Not Commission based.

The salary will be between $23 per hour and based upon experience.

As a Licensed Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will Assist staff during Open Benefits enrollment Provide rate quotes to consumers as well as enroll eligible consumers over the phone Provide guidance on insurance coverage Serve as liaison between the client and the Underwriting department to ensure applications are submitted correctly Work from 9 am
– 6 pm, 10 am
– 7 pm or 11 am
– 8 pm.

This position will involve weekend hours however when you work weekends you will have days off during the week.

What We Need From You Virginia Health Insurance License required Knowledge and compliance with applicable Federal, Medicare, State and Local Laws and regulations required Previous experience assisting Medicaid or Medicare patients or seniors with open enrollment or benefits required Must possess excellent customer skills and ability to relate to customers well on the phone Must have minimum typing speed of 30 wpm Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required Must have the ability to commit to the full length of this contract position from August to January 31 st 2022.

Background check and drug screen will be required.
