is a respiratory medical equipment company seeking an energetic, hard working, organized individual for a full time sales & marketing position.

This is an outside sales position in the field calling on physicians and hospitals and is considered entry-level medical sales.

Territory covered will be the Sherman, Texas area.

The ideal candidate for this multi-tasking sales & marketing position shall demonstrate strong communication skills, strong work ethic, professionalism, and computer proficiency.

Must be able to work in a dynamic fast paced work environment.

Job Duties:
Experience in field marketing and calling on medical facilities, physicians, and staff is a plus
Oxygen, PAP, NIV & DME equipment knowledge is preferred
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
Occasional overnight travel for sales training and sales meetings
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Strong oral communication skills and time management skills
Ability to read medical records and effectively manage documentation
Reliable transportation required
Be knowledgeable of and responsible for the current adapthealth policies and procedures that apply to this position.
Identifies, contacts, and builds relationships with referral sources.
Maintain existing relationships
Maintains regular contact with referral sources with information regarding guideline changes, products, and services.
Helps answers questions for referral sources.
Delivers and picks up required paperwork from physicians, such as doctors orders and CMN’s.
Develops and maintains working knowledge of home equipment, insurance guidelines, eligibility, and reimbursement for patients.
Responsible for growth of the patient base.
Responsible for increasing revenue.
Assist adapthealth in meeting its growth and financial goals.
Comply with all federal, state and local regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience in B2B or B2C Sales.

· Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence
